Hinton Motorsports Now carries the
new
PRD Fireball!
Its almost time for the New Karting Season to
start and I hope everyone is getting their Karts ready for racing!
HMS is getting the parts Hauler stocked up with new parts and
Tires along with a new TAG engine called the PRD Fireball. The
FIREBALL has been around for a couple of years but now HMS is
finally bringing the high quality LOW COST electric start Kart engine to
the Kart racers of Northern California! The
PRD Fireball is Tag USA, IKF and WKA legal, in SR. Masters and
JR. configurations. The 30mm header is available for tag JR.
There is also a new
AFFORDABLE class designed specifically for the local Club/Hobby racer
called the PRD Club Spec Racer class, This class is SPECIFICALLY
designed with the "KARTING CLUB RACERS" in mind by utilizing Hard spec
tires and a sensibly written rule book that is easy to understand and
the New PRD Fireball.
Unlike other Kart classes, The new PRD CLUB RACER class is also
using an "Engine Claimer Rule" to help control the always escalating
cost of racing. We are very excited with the new engine as we are always
looking for ways to bring Karting to the average person. I believe The
PRD can help us reach this goal!

is doing better and is out of the Hospital. Hinton Motorsports is
back open again and ready for action.

very ill at this time and is in the hospital so Hinton Motorsports is
going to be closed for a few days while we take the time to be with

for Vacation. The Parts Hauler will be at Prairie City with Billy
Bowerman and family helping us and you with support. Have a great

Quite a
"throw down" at this weekends F200 race at PC... Congrats to Billy
B. for getting the banty back on the HMS hauler.. :) Great 2nd place
battle with newbie X driver Shawn Briscoe and F200 vet Tim Johnson,
Tim held off shawn for 2nd place.
Hard luck awards go to Brad Wunder and Newcomer Scott Bura. Brad (I
think was in 2nd chasing Billy) got tangled up with Steve Jones before
coming on to the the straight and Scott was just plain run over by a HPV
4 driver on the start. Sorry guys, just racing I guess.. Hope your
doing ok Scott, probably a little..
Next NFRA race, June 3rd at Davis!!
